Colissimo Home Delivery - against no signature

Once your articles have been packed by our sales advisor, they will be delivered directly to your mailbox within 48 hours (indicative time only). If your mailbox is not big enough or if you are not available, your postman will leave a delivery notification inviting you to choose a new delivery date via La Poste website or to pick-up your parcel from a post office of your choice. If you do not express a choice, your package will automatically be left in your nearest post office for you to withdraw within 15 days.

Colissimo Relay Point

This delivery solution gives you several withdrawal options to pick-up your parcel.

– At a local Post Office : you have the possibility to choose the post office you want your parcel to be sent to, among the ten thousand french "bureau de poste". Once your articles have been packed by our sales advisor, they will be delivered directly to the post office of your choice within 48 hours (indicative time only) and you will be informed of the availibility of your parcel by text and email. You are invited to withdraw your parcel within 10 business days. Beyond that deadline, the package will be returned to our shop.

– At a local store : you will be able to select a relay store among the 7500 french stores belonging to the Pickup proximity network, near yout home, your workplace or even your holiday residence.
Once your articles have been packed by our sales advisor, they will be delivered directly to the store of your choice within 48 hours (indicative time only) and you will be informed of the availibility of your parcel by text and email. You are invited to withdraw your parcel within 10 business days. Beyond that deadline, the package will be returned to our shop.



Delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up&go partner store in Belgium, Luxembourg (free from 99€ purchases) and in Spain within 6 to 10 days (indicative time only) or home delivrey in 8 european countries within the same indicative time periods. The billing of any order shipped outside the European Union will be dealt with EXCLUDING TAXES. In these case, the customers pledge themselves to settle any taxes and custom fees in force in the counrty he has chosen to import the good(s), at the time of delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped by our services. You will find on it the date of expedition of your parcel as well as a tracking number that will allow you to follow every step of the delivery. In some rare cases, the tracking number for your package is not active right away. We kindly ask you to check back a little later in time when the delivery company has activated the tracking reference.

Estimated delivery times are only indicative and become effective from the day your package has been sent by our sales advisors.
