You can return your items to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

For customers outside mainland France, please follow procedure #2 by clicking on the link below.

Request your return via your customer account and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your package. Then drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point. Currently only available in mainland France.
Remember to include the return form in your package (download here).

As Erika Lingerie is a small, family-run business, we do not cover return shipping costs. €4.50 is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package (valid for mainland France only).

-This chic underwear is made from turquoise tulle enhanced with tone-on-tone, aquamarine or gold embroidery, reinterpreting the magic of nature awakening, for a dazzling ethereal beauty.

-This padded bra offers molded cups and a cut that provides sufficient coverage for your comfort and support, as well as a plunging neckline accentuated by a discreet divider for assured glamour. It offers two variations of foam depending on your size: thin-cup cups (in C, D and E) without a volumizing effect or progressive foam cups (in A and B) for a slight push-up effect that is very sexy. In both cases, you will benefit from a superb, harmoniously rounded bust.

-In finishes, you will find pretty floral print mesh straps representing abundant stylized vegetation and magnificent all-over floral embroidery as well as a pretty copper ring on the separator for greater visual richness.
