We offer a wide range of payment methods on our Erika Lingerie online store. Since we ship to over 120 countries worldwide, you can choose the option that best suits your needs to pay for your purchases securely. Discover our payment solutions in detail:
1/ Visa, Mastercard, American express, Credit card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, EPS, iDEAL, MobilePay, Przelewy24, ... For these payment methods, all payment phases are fully encrypted and protected. Therefore, information related to your order and your credit card number is never transmitted unencrypted over the internet. This credit card number is not printed on any paper, invoice, or statement. The Erika Lingerie team also does not have access to its customers' card numbers. Thanks to the technologies used with Shopify Payments, the solution we use to validate payments, it is therefore more secure to pay with your credit card on our online store than in most local shops. The risk of hacking is nonexistent.
NB: In rare cases, your payment may be declined even though your account has sufficient funds. We recommend that you try again. Most often, this decline is due to incorrectly entered banking information or a 3D Secure validation error with your bank.
2/ PayPal and Klarna. They provide a fast and efficient way to pay for your purchases securely. With PayPal, your bank details are linked to your personal PayPal account. All you need to pay is your email address and password. Klarna allows you to split the cost of your purchase into three easy, fee-free payments. You can choose your preferred credit or debit card to settle the payment. The first installment will be taken when the order is confirmed, and the following two installments will be automatically scheduled for payment 30 and 60 days later, with no interest or additional fees.
3/ Payment by bank transfer. Our online store also accepts bank transfers. If you select this payment method, our full bank details will be displayed at checkout. The transfer must be completed within 7 business days to confirm your order.
4/ Payment by phone with an advisor. You can also order by phone at +33 (0)495 337 838 (price of a local call from mainland France) from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (GMT +1). Our customer service will help you pay for your order.
5/ Payment by email. You can also place your order by email at contact@erika-lingerie.com, specifying the reference and quantity of the desired item, its size, and its color. Our team will contact you to finalize your purchase so that your bank details are not visible in an email.
