You can return your items within 30 days from the shipping date of your order if you change your mind about your online purchase. This also applies to sale or promotional items.
New return procedure

NEW! The return procedure on erika lingerie is evolving. You just need to click on "Request return" in your customer account to make a return. Then select the item(s) you wish to return and that's it.

For customers in mainland France:

#1 Return procedure for mainland France

After submitting your return request, you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your return and drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point (currently only valid for mainland France). Find the nearest collection point or locker to drop off your return here > "Find my pickup point".

To facilitate and expedite your return or exchange request, we recommend enclosing the return form (downloadable here) inside your package.

For returns from countries other than mainland France, please follow procedure #2 further down this page.

Upon receipt of your item(s), we will refund the item(s).


A one-time fee of 4.50€ will be deducted from your refund*

As Erika Lingerie is a small family business, we do not cover return shipping costs. 4.50€ is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package. This service is only available in mainland France.

Important information :
-If you have benefited from free delivery and following your return, the amount of your updated order is less than 69€, we will then apply the amount of shipping costs that you should have paid depending on the delivery method selected.

-If you select a non-standard paid delivery method (e.g. Chronopost express, Home delivery, Delivery outside mainland France, etc...) and you return your order in full, you will only be reimbursed a maximum flat rate of 4.90€, corresponding to our standard delivery rates.


For customers outside mainland France or by your own means :

#2 Return procedure for countries outside mainland France OR if you wish to return by your own means

We do not yet offer prepaid return labels for countries other than mainland France. Please use your preferred delivery method to return your package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Customers in mainland France can also use this procedure at your convenience.

Other information :

Returned items must remain in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging, show no signs of use, and with the labels attached to the products (neither torn nor removed from the item). For hygiene reasons, please try on underwear over your own. Any return that does not meet these requirements may be refused by our services.

NB 1: If you refuse a package that we send you or if you leave it pending at a collection point or post office until it is automatically redirected (uncollected package), we reserve the right not to refund the shipping costs or to apply shipping costs in the case where delivery was free. This applies in particular to shipments in France and internationally.

NB 2: Returns due to an error on our part.  If you are returning a product due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover the cost of returning it (if it meets the return requirements below). Please contact our customer service team for instructions on how to proceed. 

NB 3: You are responsible for the return shipping of your product. To minimize risks during the return, take care to package your product carefully to avoid damaging it or encouraging theft.

NB 4: Stockings, tights, and accessories that stick to the skin are neither returned nor exchanged.
