At Erika Lingerie, delivery is free for purchases over €69* in mainland France (including Corsica), Monaco, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

For orders below this amount, our delivery charges start from just €2.50!

Erika Lingerie delivers to 95% of countries worldwide! You can receive your order wherever you are. We offer several shipping options depending on the country: Tracked Letter, Colissimo Home Delivery, Colissimo Pickup Point, Mondial Relay, and Chronopost.

At the checkout stage, you'll see the available carriers and updated rates based on your delivery address.

Delivery is free for purchases over €69* at Erika Lingerie!

For mainland France (including Corsica and Monaco) delivery is free for purchases over 69€ using the following delivery methods : Colissimo Pickup Point or Tracked Envelope.
For Belgium and Luxembourg fdelivery is free for purchases over 69€ using the following delivery methods : Mondial Relay Pickup Point or Tracked envelope.

1/ In-store pickup:

You can pick up your order directly from the store located at Galerie la rocade in Furiani, Corsica (France) using our DRIVE service, which is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

2/ Eco delivery in tracked envelope:

From €69 of purchases, you can benefit from free tracked envelope delivery to your home in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Your small orders (lightweight items) delivered to your home with a tracking number from €2.50 for mainland France, French overseas departments and territories, Monaco and Corsica! And €4.90 for the following countries: Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain, United Kingdom, Portugal, Netherlands, Switzerland, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, United States, Finland, Greece, Sweden, Turkey, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Canada.

3/ Delivery to a Relay Point with Colissimo or Mondial Relay:

Colissimo collection point: Your package delivered to a collection point from €4.9 and free from €69 of purchases* for mainland France (Monaco and Corsica included).
Mondial Relay: Your package delivered to a relay point from €5 and free from €69 of purchases* in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Pickup point delivery is also available throughout Europe with Colissimo or Mondial Relay. At checkout, you'll see all available pick-up points based on your delivery address.

4/ Home delivery with Colissimo:

Your package delivered to your home from €5.90 in France within 48/72 hours! Home delivery in France within 48/72 hours* and worldwide within 4/8 days*.

5/ Express ​​with Chronopost:

- Your package delivered to your home before 1 p.m. with Chrono13 delivery from our partner Chronopost from €18. Valid in mainland France (including Monaco) for any order validated before 4 p.m. from Monday to Thursday for which payment has been confirmed, and subject to product availability (note "shipped within 1 day" on the mandatory product sheet).
- Your package delivered to a collection point within 24 hours from €12. Valid in mainland France (including Monaco) for any order validated before 4 p.m. from Monday to Thursday for which payment has been confirmed, and subject to product availability (note "shipped within 1 day" on the mandatory product sheet).

For any order validated with Chronopost after Thursday 4 p.m., your order will be delivered to you on Monday.
For countries outside mainland France, we also offer Chronopost express delivery services to help you receive your orders as quickly as possible. Express delivery costs will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation, depending on the delivery area. The approximate delivery time is between 3 and 6 business days*.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- For items marked "shipped within 6 days," these are items for which we are awaiting delivery from our lingerie houses. These will be shipped within 6 business days from your order confirmation.
You can contact us to get a more precise time frame.

- For any shipment outside the European Union and to the French Overseas Territories, the order will be invoiced excluding taxes (HT). In this case, the customer agrees to pay the taxes and customs fees in force in the country where the goods are received upon delivery.

- You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. It will include the shipping date of your package and the carrier's tracking number, allowing you to follow the delivery steps. Your package's tracking number may not work immediately. It may take a few hours for the carrier to activate this number.

- Delivery times are expressed from the date your package is shipped by our team and in working days.
