Order preparation time

On our website, you'll find two types of delivery times for items for sale. There are immediate dispatch items marked "Shipped within 1 business day" and items marked "Shipped within 6 business days," which are items for which we are awaiting delivery from our lingerie brands.

Items with a 1-day preparation order times and items with a 6-day preparation order times

All items marked "shipped within 1 day" under the "Add to Cart" button on the product page will be shipped the same day if your order is placed before 4 PM* (a maximum 24-hour margin is provided for in our Terms and Conditions).

Items marked "shipped within 6 days" will be shipped within 3 to 6 business days*. This difference is due to the fact that some items are still in stock, which explains why we need a little more time to process the order.

Please note that this refers to the preparation time for your order and not the delivery time.

Information :

Your order will usually be processed within 1 to 6 business days from the day following payment confirmation. This time may be longer in the event of a stock replenishment issue. But rest assured, we are doing everything we can to deliver to you as quickly as possible. If unfortunately the product you purchased is unavailable, you will be notified and our customer service will work with you to find a solution or refund the unavailable item.
