You can return your items to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

For customers outside mainland France, please follow procedure #2 by clicking on the link below.

Request your return via your customer account and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your package. Then drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point. Currently only available in mainland France.
Remember to include the return form in your package (download here).

As Erika Lingerie is a small, family-run business, we do not cover return shipping costs. €4.50 is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package (valid for mainland France only).

-This chic underwear has been made from fine openwork tulle adorned with graphic and floral embroidery and guipure for a look that is both feminine and glamorous.

-This balconette bra offers three-quarter cup cups for a very seductive plunging neckline, worked entirely in openwork tulle for a romantic look. This bra also has vertical seams that visually "project" the chest upwards to further enhance seduction.

-To emphasize your sex appeal, its cups forming a heart-shaped neckline have been worked in complete transparency with a fine gauged openwork tulle with floral and geometric embroidery at the bra level for increased elegance.

-In terms of finishing touches, you will appreciate the guipure, floral and geometric embroidery as well as the pretty golden ring for greater refinement.

Step 1: Measure your back circumference, place the tape measure just below your chest, without wearing a bra and without tightening.
Step 2: Measure your chest size to determine your cup size, pass the tape measure over your chest at the tip of your breasts without tightening and still without a bra.
