For customers outside mainland France, please follow procedure #2 by clicking on the link below.

Request your return via your customer account and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your package. Then drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point. Currently only available in mainland France.
Remember to include the return form in your package (download here).

As Erika Lingerie is a small, family-run business, we do not cover return shipping costs. €4.50 is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package (valid for mainland France only).

-Available up to a G cup, this plus-size bra is dedicated to your support with its very enveloping cups and their inner tulle lining, its high divider, its wide adjustable stretch straps, or even its lined chimney back...

-This sexy underwear features serrated picot finishes at the basque and around the back, black lace along the neckline, as well as black satin bows at the separator and strap ends for added romance.
