You can return your items to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

For customers outside mainland France, please follow procedure #2 by clicking on the link below.

Request your return via your customer account and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your package. Then drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point. Currently only available in mainland France.
Remember to include the return form in your package (download here).

As Erika Lingerie is a small, family-run business, we do not cover return shipping costs. €4.50 is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package (valid for mainland France only).

-Invisible underwear made from an ultra-soft, smooth and silky microfiber mesh for optimal comfort and a second-skin effect, as well as total invisibility under any of your outfits, which will avoid any unsightly demarcation line.

-This bustier-style bra has molded cups with light cups for a harmonious rounding of the bust. These cups are made with progressive foam for a very seductive push-up effect. You will benefit from a high separator to reinforce the visual "bandeau" effect and offer a trendy style with its chic and glamorous horizontal neckline. This bra comes with removable straps that you can remove for an ideal wear with a strapless dress or an off-the-shoulder top. These removable straps are multi-positionable and can therefore be worn optionally in the traditional way on the shoulders or crossed in the back for a sporty chic effect.

-This invisible bandeau bra features smooth, seamless cups and hidden underwire, so you won't see unsightly lines under your favorite outfits.

-This plus size bra available up to cup G is focused on support with its structure specially adapted to women whose beauty is at its best: very supportive molded cups, high divider, side reinforcements with silicone inside to prevent slipping, wide removable stretch straps adjustable in multiple positions to all body shapes, wide back band...
