You can return your items to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

For customers outside mainland France, please follow procedure #2 by clicking on the link below.

Request your return via your customer account and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your package. Then drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point. Currently only available in mainland France.
Remember to include the return form in your package (download here).

As Erika Lingerie is a small, family-run business, we do not cover return shipping costs. €4.50 is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package (valid for mainland France only).

-This padded bra offers molded cups and a cut that provides sufficient coverage for your comfort and support, while a plunging neckline accentuated by a discreet divider acts as a real femininity booster. It offers two foam variations depending on your size: thin-cup cups (in C, D and E) without a volumizing effect or progressive foam cups (in A and B) for a very sexy, slight push-up effect. In both cases, you will benefit from a superb, harmoniously rounded bust.

-In finishes, you will find adjustable straps with golden rings, embroidery and floral guipure embroidered in all-over color, as well as a satin bow stitched with a rhinestone at the separator for additional visual richness and coquettishness.
