You can return your items to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

For customers outside mainland France, please follow procedure #2 by clicking on the link below.

Request your return via your customer account and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your package. Then drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point. Currently only available in mainland France.
Remember to include the return form in your package (download here).

As Erika Lingerie is a small, family-run business, we do not cover return shipping costs. €4.50 is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package (valid for mainland France only).

-The very high waist and long legs of this shaping lingerie panty will give you maximum coverage and impeccable reassurance and comfort.

-Its ultra-flat elasticated waistband fits your waist perfectly, holds the panty in place by preventing it from rolling or slipping, while avoiding unsightly demarcation lines under clothing.

-An innovative nanofiber band sewn along the waistband has the ability to lift the silhouette when you put the garment on and stays in place while you wear it.

-Several targeted, firm, ultra-flat panels fit perfectly to your silhouette and enhance it by flattening and smoothing out the small curves of your stomach, refining your thighs and smoothing and redefining the inner thigh. This last panel also prevents chafing, thus guaranteeing your comfort.

-Other panels on the back enhance and redefine the shape of your buttocks by highlighting the natural curves of your body.
