You can return your items to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

For customers outside mainland France, please follow procedure #2 by clicking on the link below.

Request your return via your customer account and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your package. Then drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point. Currently only available in mainland France.
Remember to include the return form in your package (download here).

As Erika Lingerie is a small, family-run business, we do not cover return shipping costs. €4.50 is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package (valid for mainland France only).

-This chic microfiber mesh and tulle underwear, subtly revealing the skin, is adorned with beautiful, vibrant Austrian embroidery depicting stylized floral motifs for a hyper-feminine look.

-This Simone Pérèle bra has a dizzying neckline with its triangular scarf-shaped cut that is both trendy and sexy. This chic underwear is designed in stretch tulle (lined at the lower cups) and decorated with Austrian embroidery with a stylized floral pattern while the neckline is left free of embroidery to subtly reveal the texture of your skin through openwork tulle.

-We love the care taken with the finishes, with the satin edges and the raised embroidery, which elegantly highlights the separator and the lower cups of this very feminine underwear.

-To ensure impeccable support up to a G cup, this plus-size bra features a toned mesh back, wide adjustable elastic straps, a funnel back, as well as localized reinforcements and linings to enhance your comfort and support.

Step 1: Measure your back circumference, place the tape measure just below your chest, without wearing a bra and without tightening.
Step 2: Measure your chest size to determine your cup size, pass the tape measure over your chest at the tip of your breasts without tightening and still without a bra.
