You can return your items to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

For customers outside mainland France, please follow procedure #2 by clicking on the link below.

Request your return via your customer account and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your package. Then drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point. Currently only available in mainland France.
Remember to include the return form in your package (download here).

As Erika Lingerie is a small, family-run business, we do not cover return shipping costs. €4.50 is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package (valid for mainland France only).
