You can return your items to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

For customers outside mainland France, please follow procedure #2 by clicking on the link below.

Request your return via your customer account and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your package. Then drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point. Currently only available in mainland France.
Remember to include the return form in your package (download here).

As Erika Lingerie is a small, family-run business, we do not cover return shipping costs. €4.50 is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package (valid for mainland France only).

The Caresse collection by Simone Pérèle: As soft as a Caress, this totally invisible and surprising cocoon line is born from the combination of two innovative ultra-comfortable materials: an innovative tortoiseshell lace and a light, airy 3D spacer mesh, combining to provide a perfect fit and undeniable well-being, characteristic of the French lingerie house Simone Pérèle.

Materials and details: a collection of invisible lingerie featuring an opaque mesh with an ultra-comfortable soft touch combined with lace knitted with multi-filament yarns and worked in floche providing more relief and interplay of matte and shiny, for incomparable softness. The 3D Spacer, knitted in 3 dimensions, gently shapes the chest without amplifying it and offers a unique cotton feel and unique springiness for optimal support and comfort. Extremely comfortable feminine underwear that will quickly become essential in your lingerie drawer!

Step 2: Measure your chest size to determine your cup size, pass the tape measure over your chest at the tip of your breasts without tightening and still without a bra.
