You can return your items to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

For customers outside mainland France, please follow procedure #2 by clicking on the link below.

Request your return via your customer account and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your package. Then drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point. Currently only available in mainland France.
Remember to include the return form in your package (download here).

As Erika Lingerie is a small, family-run business, we do not cover return shipping costs. €4.50 is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package (valid for mainland France only).

-This panty offers a cut that is sufficiently supportive to give you all the reassurance you need while allowing you not to hide your game too much with a moderately enveloping design in the front and slightly raised at the level of the curve of the buttocks to leave room for seduction. -In finishing touches, we find a triangular cut of tulle highlighting the hollow of the back, a serrated picot border on the front thigh circumference as well as satin borders in front, at the waist and at the back, which give this French creation an additional coquettishness and sophistication.

Step 1: Measure your back circumference, place the tape measure just below your chest, without wearing a bra and without tightening.
Step 2: Measure your chest size to determine your cup size, pass the tape measure over your chest at the tip of your breasts without tightening and still without a bra.
