You can return your items to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

For customers outside mainland France, please follow procedure #2 by clicking on the link below.

Request your return via your customer account and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your package. Then drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point. Currently only available in mainland France.
Remember to include the return form in your package (download here).

As Erika Lingerie is a small, family-run business, we do not cover return shipping costs. €4.50 is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package (valid for mainland France only).

-Ce slip propose une maille opaque douce et confortable au dos pour un effet rassurant et une coupe emboitante confortable. Ce sous-vêtement très féminin offre des empiècements de tulle rehaussé par une guipure florale à l'avant et une maille satinée texturée au dos. Pour jouer le total look red, ce trio de matières présente la même couleur rubis pour un visuel élégant et sans âge. Détail pratique : finition clean cut au dos en maille opaque pour un effet invisible sous les vêtements.

Step 1: Measure your back circumference, place the tape measure just below your chest, without wearing a bra and without tightening.
Step 2: Measure your chest size to determine your cup size, pass the tape measure over your chest at the tip of your breasts without tightening and still without a bra.
