You can return your items to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.
For customers outside mainland France, please follow procedure #2 by clicking on the link below.
Request your return via your customer account and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your package. Then drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point. Currently only available in mainland France.
Remember to include the return form in your package (download here).
As Erika Lingerie is a small, family-run business, we do not cover return shipping costs. €4.50 is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package (valid for mainland France only).

- Chic underwear made from authentic Calais lace Dentelle de Calais-Caudry® combined with fine gauged tone-on-tone tulle as well as majestic baroque guipure with rhinestones straight out of the sumptuous Venetian carnivals...
-This molded bra offers two variations of foam depending on your size: thin-cup cups (in C and D) without a volumizing effect or progressive foam cups (in A and B) for a very sexy light push effect. In both cases, you will benefit from a superb rounded chest that is most harmonious.
-This chic underwear features molded cups covered in fine gauged tulle, enhanced in particular at the neckline by baroque guipure lace studded with diamond-colored rhinestones by Swarovski.
