You can return your items to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

For customers outside mainland France, please follow procedure #2 by clicking on the link below.

Request your return via your customer account and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your package. Then drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point. Currently only available in mainland France.
Remember to include the return form in your package (download here).

As Erika Lingerie is a small, family-run business, we do not cover return shipping costs. €4.50 is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package (valid for mainland France only).

This lingerie by Lise Charmel combines elegant lace, embroidery and floral guipure, as well as Swarovski jewelry for a very feminine look at the height of refinement. Come and discover a line that is both full of passion and elegance but which also knows how to showcase primitive nature to bring out the temptress in you!

Materials and details: Tulle mix - Calais lace - Embroidery. A sensually soft Leavers lace promises refined, unique pleasures. A lush Eden forest print. A precious-themed embroidery with an embroidered ribbon motif that expresses the desire to create a "bond" in the relationship. The charm is in place! A Swarovski jewel is affixed to the cleavage to give maximum sparkle. It is applied to a delicate satin bow. The printed tulle is repeated in the finishing of the backs of the bras to add a touch of color to the basques.
