Easy returns within 30 days
You can return your items to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.
For customers outside mainland France, please follow procedure #2 by clicking on the link below.
Request your return via your customer account and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your package. Then drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point. Currently only available in mainland France.
Remember to include the return form in your package (download here).
As Erika Lingerie is a small, family-run business, we do not cover return shipping costs. €4.50 is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package (valid for mainland France only).

On our site, you will find two types of lead times for items on sale.
> There are immediate shipping items that have a "Ships within 1 business day" label.
> And items marked "Shipped within 6 working days" which are items for which we are awaiting delivery from our lingerie houses.
