You can return your items to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

For customers outside mainland France, please follow procedure #2 by clicking on the link below.

Request your return via your customer account and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay label by email to affix to your package. Then drop it off at a Mondial Relay collection point. Currently only available in mainland France.
Remember to include the return form in your package (download here).

As Erika Lingerie is a small, family-run business, we do not cover return shipping costs. €4.50 is the one-time return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your package (valid for mainland France only).

Caressence underwired bra by Simone Pérèle with a plunging neckline thanks to its low divider. 3D Spacer cups for a perfect curve without amplifying the bust. The high strap point also helps channel breast volume. We love the attention to detail in this Simone Pérèle bra with decorative picots on the neckline, aloe vera lace on the basque, straps and back, as well as the quilted back for maximum comfort.

The Caressence collection by Simone Pérèle: "When lingerie becomes a caress." A line evoking well-being and softness, Simone Pérèle has created a collection that is astonishing in its combinations. She has succeeded in perfectly combining two revolutionary materials: ultra-soft Aloe Vera lace with a "handmade" look, renowned for its hypoallergenic properties, and 3D Spacer mesh that shapes the bust. Combined with clean, functional lines, you will feel like you are in a "cocoon."

Materials and details: Jacquard lace made with aloe vera threads, ideal for sensitive skin, for an ultra-soft finish. 3D Spacer mesh knitted in three dimensions for a perfect curve without amplifying the bust. Lace braid finishes for added refinement.

Step 1: Measure your back circumference, place the tape measure just below your chest, without wearing a bra and without tightening.
Step 2: Measure your chest size to determine your cup size, pass the tape measure over your chest at the tip of your breasts without tightening and still without a bra.
